Dear Stephen,

I am writing this note to tell you how happy George and I were with our total wedding experience at The Renaissance. Everything from beginning to end was absolutely perfect.

As you may recall, I have been a server for many years. As you may know, there is no harsher critic that you could have as a customer. Three of my wedding guests were also current and former servers. I asked them from a guest's perspective what they thought of the food quality, the presentation, the service and the overall flow of the event. They absolutely raved about every aspect of my wedding reception.

The service was impeccable. No one was rushed, no one was hovered over, and the servers were very helpful. The food was outrageous, tasted great, was served hot, and looked spectacular. Our compliments and gratitude to Chef Joey. My family and friends are still talking about it! Jennifer in the office was friendly, took care of all the last minute changes, and was a pleasure to deal with. Our maitre d' Patti was terrific also. The night of our pre-wedding appointment with Patti I was too ill to attend, so she and George met to discuss all the details. She then contacted me the next day to go over everything that was agreed upon so that I would have no surprises. I really appreciated that. At the reception she met me at the door, and took care of every possible thing throughout the night. She was never more than a glance away. This allowed me to relax, visit with my guests, dance, and have a great time. I had no worries about how the night was going. She orchestrated everything from the gift display, DJ arrangements, ensured the service meals were provided to the DJ and bagpiper, and oversaw the flow of all the events of the evening. The bartender was terrific. The contract method of providing the liquor we selected and crediting us with the unused bottles is a great system. It really worked well for us, and made our event so much more affordable only paying for what we consumed. Everything from the free tasting before our event to the room provided for the wedding party to relax in – all the little touches added up and made a difference.

I could just go on and on, and I still couldn't convey our complete satisfaction and happiness we had with our night. The professionalism and dedication that both you and Joey possess are the key reasons why we were so pleased, and why you both will continue to do great things. I highly recommend The Renaissance to all my friends and co-workers for any type of function. You are the best. Thanks again for making our wedding reception so memorable. Now I can only hope to get invited to a function there and totally enjoy being a guest!

I am writing this letter because I have never been so extremely impressed with a caterer. I had been planning this surprise part for my husband since September, which just took place on November 11, 2006. From the onset, Stephen Falco met with me, calming my nerves by addressing everything that was needed to create a successful party. The premises were surveyed to optimize on space ensuring a smooth flow, the tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, and wine glasses were addressed. The bar was taken care of, which of course is vital to any party!! This in turn saved me so much time in having to go to other companies. We had this party at our home and much of the success to any party is the food and the way it is executed. The chef was amazingly talented, the food could not have been more delicious and the timing was perfect. The staff anticipated every need and there were no directives given from myself at any point in the party. The most pleasing part of this party was that I was able to enjoy the party with my husband because there were no concerns about any variables during the course of the evening. The staff was professional, very polite and always accessible. In closing, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this a joyous evening for everyone involved,
